Newport Lofts, one of the most recent additions to Downtown Las Vegas, is a city-lifestyle complex with a sharp look and an art deco quality. The client’s concept was to transform the living space into a modern art museum, utilizing his personal collection.
The loft was given cosmetic improvements, including paint, fixtures, and cabinetry. A variety of applications of light, including fixtures subdued into the architecture, were utilized to lend to the experience. The client’s unique taste allowed NuTone Construction to transform this space into a one-of-a-kind downtown loft.
